Tonight, we had Fuzzy's side of the family over for Chubbs' first 2nd birthday celebration. We had a roast prime rib dinner for more than 30 peeps, and Chubbs had a blast, even though his two Aunts Katie and Jean are not around :(
Spent the good first half of the party playing jeep-racing with GrandUncle Ben (who shares his birth date) and his youngest Aunt, Mary.
After Chubbs huffed and puffed a-la Big Bad Wolf to blow his candles out. Happy (early) Birthday my little darling!
He capped off the night by measuring his height. Again. Hoping that he's grown from the 90cm from 1-hour ago.
Chubbs made it look so fun that cousin kor kor Trevor joined in.
He had so much fun playing with the many uncles and aunties and he ate SO MUCH CAKE! One slice of crepe cake, and three slices of Anderson's vanilla ice-cream cake. We thought he'd barf. But thankfully, he didn't. But the sugar, activity and play kept him up really late. He only fell asleep at 12.45am. A very long day for us indeed.
