Chubbs' been getting very creative when playing with his toys during the day. I suspect it's from the hour-plus of PlayHouse Disney he watches daily. This morning, he used his precious blue stool as a tunnel for his Tonka trucks to pass under. To my amazement, he managed to roll them in such a straight line that the trucks passed through both of the stool's tiny arches.
For dinner, we held an early celebration for my mum's birthday at a Japanese buffet restaurant in IMM. The food was not too bad, and the meal was rather value-for-money. But because the restaurant was almost full, the service was far from satisfactory. Nonetheless, Chubbs loves Japanese food, and had edamame, a bowl of udon, two portions of chawanmushi, and one scoop of ice-cream for dessert.
Playing coy before giving my mum her birthday hug.
