At the top right corner, it's the birthday cake itself, and the three squiggly tadpole-looking things in it are the candles. He explained that the other squiggly items near the bottom of the doodle board is a knife to cut the cake with, and spoons we need to eat with. This, to me, kicks Marc Chigall's ass.
